You give us this information directly — through the estimate form on this website, through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or by calling, texting, or emailing us. We do not buy your personal information from third parties.

Facebook & Instagram lead forms

If you submit a request through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the details you entered on that form (such as your name, email, phone, and project notes) so we can follow up. Your use of Facebook and Instagram is also governed by Meta’s own privacy policy. We use that information the same way we use a request sent through our website — to contact you about your project.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and schedule an estimate or site visit.
• To prepare and discuss a quote for your project.
• To communicate with you about work we’re doing or have discussed.
• To keep our own records of leads and projects.

We may use software tools, including automated and AI-assisted tools, to help us organize incoming requests and prepare a rough internal estimate for our team. Any such internal estimate is for our own planning — it is not a quote and is not shared with you as one.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the business — for example, our email provider and the software that stores our leads and projects — and only so they can perform that service for us.
• Meta, when your request comes through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, as described above.

How long we keep it
